Personal Use: Users on the Free or Personal plan may generate worksheets for personal, non-commercial use only (e.g., for your own children).

Teacher/Professional Use: Users with a valid Teacher License may generate and distribute worksheets for their own classroom or tutoring students. Reselling the generated PDFs or the Service itself is strictly prohibited.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on FreeNameTrace are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

4. Limitations

In no event shall FreeNameTrace or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service.
