Getting Started with Trazzle

Welcome to Trazzle! This guide will walk you through creating your very first custom handwriting worksheet. Whether you're a parent helping your child practice their name or a teacher preparing for a class, Trazzle makes it easy.

1

Choose Your Mode

When you open the Editor, you'll see several modes at the top of the control panel:

  • Name: Perfect for practicing student names.
  • Word: Great for vocabulary lists or spelling practice.
  • Sentence: Ideal for copywork and sentence structure.
  • Paragraph: Create longer passages for advanced students.
2

Enter Your Text

Simply type the content you want to appear on the worksheet.

  • For Name Mode, enter one name per line.
  • For Sentence Mode, type your sentences.

Pro Tip

You can paste a whole list of student names from Excel or Word directly into the text box!

3

Customize the Look

Now for the fun part! Use the settings panel to adjust:

  • Font Style: Choose between Zaner-Bloser (standard print) or D'Nealian (slanted/pre-cursive).
  • Grid Lines: Adjust the size and color of the guide lines.
  • Traceable: Toggle whether the text should be dotted (for tracing) or solid.
